🌸I want you to observe your feelings while writing about yourself, Also observe your thoughts and dont judge about anything🌸

▶️[What kind of work do you do?]

▶️[Why did u chose that kind of work?]

▶️[your 3 best characteristics]

▶️[your 3 worst charachteristics]

▶️[Do you have any life goals?]

🌸you can add and make your own story of it, even add questions, because you just wanna tell it. Don't forgett, do it with mindfulness🌸

🌸In the end of your introduction i want you to note down the feelings you noticed the most and reflect on it.
